{"id":27,"date":"2009-02-20T18:50:05","date_gmt":"2009-02-21T01:50:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.klamation.com\/cookbook\/?p=27"},"modified":"2010-09-01T14:25:40","modified_gmt":"2010-09-01T21:25:40","slug":"chocolate-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.klamation.com\/cookbook\/chocolate-cheesecake\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Crust:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 c Crushed vanilla wafers<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c Cocoa<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c Powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c Butter, melted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Filling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-8oz pkg Cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 c Sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 c Cocoa<\/li>\n<li>2 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>8 oz Sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To make the crust:<\/p>\n<p>Crush wafers until fine, blend very well with cocoa and powdered sugar until it&#8217;s a consistent mixture. Add melted butter, mix well. Press into bottom of an 8 inch springform pan.<\/p>\n<p>To make the filling:<\/p>\n<p>Mix softened cream cheese with sugar, add eggs one at a time mixing in between. Stir in vanilla. Add cocoa and sour cream, mix well. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
