{"id":24,"date":"2009-02-20T18:09:29","date_gmt":"2009-02-21T01:09:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.klamation.com\/cookbook\/?p=24"},"modified":"2010-09-01T14:25:59","modified_gmt":"2010-09-01T21:25:59","slug":"double-layerpumpkin-cheesecake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.klamation.com\/cookbook\/double-layerpumpkin-cheesecake\/","title":{"rendered":"Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.klamation.com\/pictures\/index.php?album=food&amp;image=CIMG1704.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ZenphotoPress_thumb\" title=\"CIMG1704\" src=\"http:\/\/www.klamation.com\/pictures\/zp-core\/i.php?a=food&amp;i=CIMG1704.JPG\" alt=\"CIMG1704\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Crust:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 c Graham cracker crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c Butter (one stick), melted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Filling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-8oz pkg Cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Vanilla<\/li>\n<li>2 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c Pumpkin puree<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch Ground cloves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To make the crust:<\/p>\n<p>Mix the graham cracker crumbs and the sugar together, and stir in the melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8 inch springform pan.<\/p>\n<p>To make the filling:<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 325. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Blend in eggs one at a time. Remove 1 cup of batter, and spread into bottom of crust. Chill 30 min-1 hr or until slightly set.<\/p>\n<p>Add pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to the remaining batter and stir gently until well blended. Carefully spread over batter in the crust. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 min, or until center is ALMOST set.
