{"id":179,"date":"2012-11-18T11:29:13","date_gmt":"2012-11-18T18:29:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.klamation.com\/cookbook\/?p=179"},"modified":"2012-11-18T11:29:13","modified_gmt":"2012-11-18T18:29:13","slug":"pumpkin-sour-cream-coffee-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.klamation.com\/cookbook\/pumpkin-sour-cream-coffee-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Pumpkin Sour Cream Coffee Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.klamation.com\/pictures\/food\/DSCF2558.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ZenphotoPress_thumb \" title=\"DSCF2558\" src=\"http:\/\/www.klamation.com\/pictures\/zp-core\/i.php?a=food&amp;i=DSCF2558.jpg\" alt=\"DSCF2558\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 c Flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c butter<\/li>\n<li>1 c sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 c pumpkin (cooked and mashed)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 c finely chopped pecans<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 c firmly packed brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 inch tube pan (or bundt pan) and set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Cream the butter and sugar in separate bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat well after each. Add vanilla and blend. Add pumpkin and sour cream and blend well. Batter will have a curdled appearance. Stir in dry ingredients just until mixed.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate bowl, combine pecans brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice.<\/p>\n<p>Spread half the batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with half the pecan mixture. Spread remaining batter over and sprinkle with remaining pecan mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until cake tester inserted near center comes out clean.
