Scripture: Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
Activity: Construct a flannel/felt board-We used a piece of foam board and covered it with a large white piece of felt (we used masking tape to hold it on, but I don’t know if it’s going to hold very well :-/ )
Lesson: Prepare by making the felt board pieces available at the above link. Using the felt board, and felt story pieces, tell the story of Daniel and his friends refusing to eat of King Nebuchadnezzar’s food, because they stood for what they knew was right and would only eat a healthy diet (Word of Wisdom).
